The Silva Method has been empowering athletes for over four decades with Visualization, mental rehearsal, stress management, and intuition techniques to improve in their sport specific practice.

Jessie Bowen, President of USA Workshops, Durham NC the developer of Zen Bowling Mind Power audio training program, has help bowlers worldwide with their mental game through achieve better bowling performance by increasing spares and strikes percentages, learning reading the lanes faster with the unique visualization program, and relaxing under pressure. The Zen Bowling audio training program is a step-by-step mental training program.

Chris Hayden is a member of the PBA Tour wining his first PBA Championship in 2003. He was unable to reproduce the same  result in 2004. Chris contacted our office in May of 2005 to see if Zen Bowling Audio Training Program could help him with his mental. Less than 60 day letter Chris is back on the wining trail.

July 26: Chris Hayden with a Dynamic Finish of 2nd place in the Forest Hill Lanes Open, defeating Walter Ray Williams, Jr. the #1 bowler in the world (scores 290-256). July 10: Chris Hayden wins Gordon Open in Fort Gordon, GA.  

Hayden clinched his seventh regional title on October 16, 2005 at the Southwest PBA Region Barney's Open Springfield, MO. He bowled 278, 279, 289 and 278 in a four-game sprint to the finish. About three hours earlier, it was hard to imagine the Florida bowler having any chance of taking home the hardware from Sunday. But this should be a lesson Hayden said you always have to believe. You have to believe in yourself.

So it is. After barely squeezing into the round of 16 for match play, Hayden walked away with the trophy and a check for $2,500 after a dominating performance at Enterprise Park Lanes.

Chris is now a new member of our Pro Staff Development Team for bowling, because of Chris's participation and success with our program, Zen Bowling has been able to document the effect of our training under extreme competitive conditions.
